What are the steps to selling a home?

Can’t I just find my dream home on Zillow?

Zillow is a great tool for getting a sense of the market and zooming in on neighborhoods. But when it comes to finding your “this is the one” home in the Fort Collins vicinity, you’ll need access to properties not yet listed in the MLS or on Zillow. In this area right now, many for-sale homes on Zillow are already under contract. Working with Dave is like getting a backstage pass to Fort Collins real estate.

Do you sell homes outside of Boulder?

Absolutely. We work with buyers and sellers up and down Colorado’s northern Front Range. Janet Z Real Estate specializes in Fort Collins and Larimer County properties, while our Boulder office specializes in the Boulder area and Boulder County. But we’re also knowledgeable about and experienced in adjacent counties and will serve you well no matter your zip code or destination. 

Do you work with first time buyers?
